Terms of Use
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of CCO, an online service for creating and optimising CVs and cover letters, published by Illuminagy (Bessam Ouazzane) and available at cco.illuminagy.com. Creating an account constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Account
The account is identified by an email address and protected by a password, for which you are responsible, or by Google sign-in. Any action taken from an account is deemed to be taken by its holder. The free trial is limited to one per person.
3. Content generated by artificial intelligence
Analyses, suggestions, translations and letters are produced automatically by an artificial intelligence system and may contain inaccuracies. You review and validate what is suggested; you remain solely responsible for the accuracy and final content of the documents you send to third parties.
4. Prices and payment
The service offers a limited free trial and paid plans, detailed on the Pricing page. Billing is handled by a merchant of record, whose name appears on the payment page and on the invoice, in the currency of the buyer's country, applicable taxes included; prices displayed in another currency are indicative. A monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time and remains active until the end of the period already paid. Any change to the price or content of an ongoing plan is announced before it takes effect.
5. Refunds and right of withdrawal
Since the service is provided immediately after purchase and the free trial lets you test it beforehand, a purchase is refunded only if the paid service was not provided (plan not activated despite payment, double charge, proven technical problem). Changing your mind or being dissatisfied with the generated content does not entitle you to a refund. For consumers located in the European Union: by confirming the purchase of digital content supplied immediately, you request its immediate performance and acknowledge losing your fourteen-day right of withdrawal, without prejudice to the cases above. 6. Your content
CVs, track records and produced documents remain your property. Illuminagy uses them only to provide the service and claims no commercial right of use over them.
7. Liability
Illuminagy cannot be held liable for:
- recruitment decisions, favourable or not, made by employers;
- inaccuracies contained in the generated documents;
- temporary unavailability of the service.
8. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law; any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Casablanca. A consumer residing in the European Union retains the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence.
